A Great Presentation Is Important To Sell Real Estate
In real estate sales, we are going out and look for a prospect. We prepare to meet up with that prospect. When we meet with that prospect, that’s the test. Few things is going to come. That prospect is going to list with you or not list with you. If they list with you, you earn money. If they don’t list with you you do not earn any money. It’s a pass-fail test. The more tests you pass, the more wealthy you make.
The no 1 thing is cost. Once your home is staged properly, it’s price, price, and price! Those are the top 3 things that you have to concentrate on; pricing it in the right way. We are in a time where we are competing with banks, we are contesting with short sales, we’re competing with distressed scenarios and the sole way we can compete with that, is if we price the homes correctly. Selling the home due to the loss of a friend is rarely easy. Using these steps to prepare the property will make it easier, and creates a win-win eventuality for all when the property sells.
I teach a week long real estate pre license class and give a test. Students are always worried about the test. Years ago, one of my students gave me a T shirt that said on the front “If it isn’t on the test, I don’t care”. This describes the majority of my students ‘ approach. After you leave school, everything is a test.
Suggestion number one is see more people. Recommendation number two is become proficient at making that show. Get excellent at it. Practice it on real folk. Use your visual aids. Use animation. Tell great stories. Plan your closes. Know the answer to all the challenges. Get serious about getting their signature on that listing. This is a simple idea. The more prospects you see, the more will say yes and the more cash you’ll make.
Well the mindset that I really inspire for every one is if you do not really need to sell, or need to sell, then don’t; get your home off the market because it’s not a good time. When the market is like this, consumers are finicky and it’s just a fairly heavy time to sell a home. So that the biggest thing is simply to adjust your game plan or your own perceived shares. It just is not important; the market is not responsive to your plans.
When listing your home, you really need to host it correctly and price it in the correct way. Sellers need to remove their prejudicial concepts – regardless of whether their home had appraised for much more a couple of years ago – we must refuse that; all that info doesn’t matter anymore.
If you already know some commercial real estate brokers, it is possible to get a real estate license simply and taking some correct real estate broker training.
